The assessment activities will be composed by two steps:
First the setting up of the assessment committee and training on the Institutional Programme methodology. The Quality Units will have to
- present the phases of the assessment
- provide the requiered information for the assessment
- train the selected assessment committee on the Programme for Institutional Assessment

Second conducting the self-assessment.
Conducting self-assessment of study degree and drafting of improvement plan The activity forms part of a practical exercise in the process of quality assessment. The exercise will at the same time provide the basis for potential improvements and assessment of the acquired know-how. In order to carry out the assessment process the following activities will have to be performed by each of the partner Q-Units:
- formalisation of the institutional commitment by the university Dean
- planning of the assessment timetable and distribution of the tasks
- assessment process: analyse the situation in terms of relative quality of the degrees and study programme based on the information collected from the indicators
- description of the situation utilising the model of Institutional Assessment Programme
- identification of strengths, areas for improvement and improvement plans
- drafting of the assessment report
