A pratical observation session was conducted at the University of Alicante, where East African partners could have a deep inside of the Quality Assurance day to day practices carried out by the Quality Unit. The agenda focused also on the general quality managment framework of the University of Alicante. The Vice- President for Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance presented the Quality Assurance System, her presentation was followed by a week of presentations performed by the University of Alicante expert. A visit to the University of Miguel Hernandez was organised where participants could have an inside of another recognised Spanish university.
