Following the Kick-off meeting a workshop on Quality Assurance culture in Higher Education Institutions will be organised where partners will be invited to share their experiences and discuss challenges in implementation of quality culture within their institutions and regions.

Practical retraining session in order to aquire knowledge and management skills concerning the day to day operation of a Quality Unit.
Results of the practical observation session
Theoretical learning will be provided of the 9 criteria and on the 12 fundamental concepts underpinning the model. Information will be provided on how to practically implement the EFQM model in a university service; an example of successful case study and information on the use and implementation of the EFQM model at the UA.
Special attention will be paid to the programme created by the Spanish Assessment and Accreditation Agency (ANECA) which serves to analyse the quality of curricula and to improve them. This programme will be studied in theory and on practical examples and case studies. The methodology applied by the German Accreditation Council will be also explained and they will present some case studies with comments on the lessons learned.
Organisation of special training course on how to write a quality strategic plan and procedure manual. The objective of the activity is to develop a long-term strategy for the quality assurance procedures to be pursued in a sustainable manner at the Partner Universities.
