The project aims at capacity building in three East African Institutions through targeted trainings and the strengthening of physical infrastructure followed by practical implementation of assessment activities. The action addresses strengthening of managerial, administrative and strategic staff capacity within and through the implementation of extensive targeted trainings in the first project year in order to generate sufficient basis for the implementation of assessment activities that will be conducted in the second project year.
